Founded in 1984 in Jagadhri, Haryana — the historic centre of India's utensil manufacturing industry — Jitendra Udyog is a second-generation family business led by Mr. Yatul Gupta.
What started as a small aluminium spinning workshop has grown over four decades into a full-scale manufacturing operation working across four metals — aluminium, stainless steel, copper, and brass — serving domestic buyers, institutional caterers, defence establishments, and international export markets.
Our products are used daily in hotel kitchens, wedding catering halls, railway canteens, military mess halls, hospital kitchens, school mid-day meal programmes, religious langar services, and millions of households across India and abroad.
Water Recycling Station & Effluent Treatment Plant at our Jagadhri facility
Our complete manufacturing process from raw material to packaged product. Every step happens in-house at our Jagadhri facility under direct quality supervision.
Aluminium scrap, taint tabor, recycled aluminium and ingots sourced locally in Jagadhri.
Scrap melted at 700-750°C in our melting furnace. Impurities removed through refining process.
Molten aluminium cast into billets (350×350mm, 400×400mm). Billet thickness: 25mm, 32mm, 40mm.
Billets preheated to 450-500°C in the preheating furnace before rolling.
Thickness reduction into sheets through the hot rolling mill at controlled temperatures.
Sheets annealed at 350-400°C to relieve internal stresses and improve workability.
Final gauge control through cold rolling mill for precise thickness specifications.
Sheets cut into circles of various diameters for different utensil sizes.
Circles formed into utensil shapes using 800, 1000, and 1500 ton hydraulic presses.
Edge trimming, deburring and surface finishing for clean, safe edges.
Thorough washing and polishing to achieve the desired surface finish — matte, satin or mirror.
Dimension check, thickness check, surface finish inspection, visual inspection. 100% piece-level QC.
Our Jagadhri facility houses the complete production chain: scrap yard, melting furnace, casting area, billet storage, hot & cold rolling mills, annealing furnace, circle cutting presses, 800/1000/1500 ton hydraulic presses, finishing section, washing section, packaging section, and warehouse.
Dedicated Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) for responsible water management. Treated water is recycled back into the cooling process — demonstrating our commitment to sustainable manufacturing.
800 ton, 1000 ton, and 1500 ton hydraulic presses for deep drawing and forming. Capable of producing utensils from small domestic sizes to massive 100" industrial vessels.
In-house hot rolling and cold rolling mills for precise gauge control. We control thickness from raw billet to finished sheet — no dependency on external sheet suppliers.
India's deepest cluster of aluminium, brass, copper and SS suppliers. Sourcing within walking distance.
Generational craft — spinners, welders, polishers who learned from family. Skills that cannot be replicated elsewhere.
Polishing, anodising, tinning, buffing, handle-making — all within the Jagadhri cluster for fast turnaround.
Quality Management System — consistent product quality across every batch.
Environmental Management — responsible manufacturing with ETP and water recycling.
Occupational Health & Safety — safe working conditions for our workforce.
